1、液冷散熱器（水冷散熱器）是通過液體流動與散熱器內部表面摩擦帶走大量的熱量而起到散熱作用的。與一般的風冷散熱器相比，液冷散熱器具有安靜、降溫穩定、對環境依賴小等優點。
2、液冷散熱器的散熱性能與其中散熱液(水或其他液體)流速成正比，制冷液的流速又與制冷系統水泵功率相關。而且水的熱容量大，這就使得水冷制冷系統有著很好的熱負載能力。

Liquid-cooled heat sinks (water-cooled heat sinks) dissipate heat by utilising the friction between the flowing liquid and the internal surfaces of the heat sink to remove a significant amount of heat. Compared to standard air-cooled heat sinks, liquid-cooled heat sinks offer advantages such as quiet operation, stable cooling performance and reduced dependence on environmental conditions.
2. The cooling performance of a liquid-cooled heat sink is directly proportional to the flow rate of the coolant (water or other liquid), which in turn is related to the power of the cooling system’s pump. Furthermore, water has a high specific heat capacity, which gives water-cooled systems excellent thermal load capacity.
